Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, consult a healthcare professional before use. Products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received.
Subscribe and Save orders are recurring monthly deliveries. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@wearetuned.co.uk. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-3 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@wearetuned.co.uk. Products must be returned unopened and in original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Tuned and is protected by UK intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Tuned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected by these terms.
